Jacob Irving got into the real estate industry at 15 years old working in the construction and remodeling end of the business. Growing up Jacob was always interested in real estate investing and saw his future focusing on sales and acquiring investment property. Less than 1 month after his 18th Birthday Jacob was a licensed real estate agent with a strong focus on sales of multi family homes in the north shore of Massachusetts. At 21 years old jacob went on to get his brokers license and start his sales team Irving Real Estate Group at Four Points Real Estate. Now a licensed real estate broker in MA and NH Jacob has opened his own real estate firm at 23 years of age.
