Sean Jack has always had a passion for helping people. At the age of 23 he joined the Massachusetts Army National Guard. At the same time, he began his journey into Real Estate. Starting as a maintenance technician for Canterbury Apartments in Nashua NH. Quickly honing his skills from remodeling with his father in his earlier years, Sean began to see the industry as another way of helping people. He moved into a split role learning the leasing and property management side while continuing to develop his maintenance abilities. At the age of 26, Sean took a position as a maintenance tech for a hotel in Merrimack, NH, using this opportunity to learn the hospitality side of the industry. The following year, Sean moved into the maintenance manager position at the hotel. At the age of 28, he bought his first multi-family property. Currently, Sean now owns almost 2 million dollars in real estate through his company Teak Ridge Real Estate Solutions which was created in 2019. In addition, he manages over 20 units and has been involved in over 30 fix and flip acquisitions. Sean’s passion for the industry comes from a wanting to help people. He believes Teak Ridge Real Estate Solutions provides quality housing to people at affordable prices whilst also bringing back to life communities that have been gentrified. “Community is the sum of the people we surround ourselves with.
